Where legally required, international transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.

12. Consent and Personalized Advertising

Depending on the user's region, operating system and the specific game, we may use a consent management solution that allows users to make choices regarding certain types of data processing.

This may apply in particular to:

  • Personalized advertising
  • Advertising tracking
  • Certain analytics functions
  • Access to or use of advertising identifiers

Where processing depends on consent, the relevant processing will generally not take place before consent has been provided.

Where possible, please include:

  • The name of the relevant game

Where the legal requirements are met and the relevant data can be identified, we will process the deletion request or take the necessary steps with the relevant service providers.

Some third-party services may also provide their own privacy or deletion mechanisms.

Where special legal requirements apply to children or teenagers, such requirements will be taken into account, particularly in connection with personal data processing, consent and advertising.
